ABOUT PEN AND THINK

We’re Pen and Think. A new kind of agency encouraging creativity that betters the world.

How we work

Our clients already have incredible brands. We know that the moment we start listening to them – hearing the stories of their fantastic products, services, and connections.

But what’s missing is an effective way of presenting those brands to the world. Lacklustre logos, worn out websites and dreary digital can quickly thwart even the best of intentions.

We consider it our job to find our clients' purpose through listening, research, and conceptual thinking to create imaginative and engaging design that tells their clients’ stories at a level that matches the amazing work they do.

The result? Reinvigorated teams and communities who see themselves reflected in a brand identity. Robust organisations prepared to continue doing difficult work. Change-makers equipped to go out into the world
and make a positive impact.

Story

After years of working agency side and watching the negative impacts of marketing on a struggling world, we decided to change things up…

We’re a group of creatives who are working to challenge the outdated agency model by creating a new way of working.

  • For every project we pick from a team of experts, catering the right people to discover the right creative response.

  • We encourage flexibility from the word go for our clients and our team. Working remotely, across time zones and encouraging well-deserved time off.

  • Our work is created with purpose, aiming to better the world while benefiting our clients.

OFFERING

We help to make your brand better, ensuring it can reach more people, empower the communities you’re building, improve
the quality of your communication and
ensure you’re here for the long haul.
